Joint venture Architecture and Construction Administration on a four-story 44,000 square foot office building with 11,000 square feet of restaurant space on the Historic Arkansas River walk (HARP) in Pueblo, Colorado. This project was a public project with the City of Pueblo, Pueblo Economic Development Corporation and the Professional Bull Riders. Design included a surface parking lot and an integrated connection with the HARP.

Design also included interiors with specialty finishes including leather walls and floors as well as custom millwork. Exterior was both in the historic district; needing to conform to their standards, as well as the River Walk District and blends the two requirements. This project was Design Build with HE Whitlock.
