The Design for a 40,000 square feet High School and campus master plan with high tech labs and full function gymnasium. AEP performed Architectural design, civil site design, drainage and grading, and construction support.

This included building design parking lot design, grading and drainage, storm water improvements, infrastructure improvements, irrigation improvements, general safety items as well as boundary and topographic surveying.

AEP worked with Dolores Huerta Preparatory High’s design committee and provided complete construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction support documents. Programming and interior design including kitchen, music facility, and administration wing. This project was Design Build with Bassett Construction
