Prepare Preliminary level Civil designs for site utilization, assist in development of site design drawings including parking layouts, landscaping, utility layout, pedestrian and vehicle circulation for each of the proposed alternates, prepared Schematic Design level Civil Specifications, Civil Narrative for inclusive in the Project Schematic Design Submittal that describes the necessary elements for Civil design and documentation, attended meetings with the utility companies and appropriate government agencies, owner, and team members as required to develop a coherent Civil design approach, reviewed Schematic Design level cost estimate for Civil elements for completeness and appropriateness to project scope.
