Located in the heart of downtown Pueblo, the Cambria Suites® hotel is within walking distance of the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo and the Union Ave Historic District, featuring fine dining, notable architecture and more than 80 shops with unique products and services. This Pueblo, CO hotel is also close to the Pueblo Convention Center, Colorado State University-Pueblo and the Colorado State Fairgrounds, home of the annual Colorado State Fair.

ACS provided subdivision and site design including grading and drainage, detention, water quality, erosion control and storm sewer design. Design work also included site layout, parking lots, striping, finished floor determination, public and private utilities, new street design as well as design modifications to existing Santa Fe Avenue (US HWY 50), roadway striping, handicap ramps and signage. ACS completed construction plans, drainage report, storm water management report, cost estimates and pertinent state and city forms required as well as provided coordination with architect, contractor, client, and governing agencies including the City of Pueblo and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).
